Our building was delayed due to issues with the crew, missing materials, delays with materials being delivered, etc. when the building is finally completed after several delays on the start date, we have a roof leak that still hasn’t been repaired. Throughout the process, we had very little communication and what we did have was almost always due to our prompts.
