We would not recommend working with Cleary Building Corp. While we are pleased with the quality of construction of our 40x50 Cleary pole barn, Cleary management has been nothing but a nightmare to deal with. Since summer of 2024, we have been pleading with Cleary to take care of the failed initial inspection of our building. Cleary’s submitted plans did not have an engineer wind shear stamp - a requirement by code.
