We have run in to a few hiccups along the way with the pandemic, but they have stood behind their product and have handled everything in a professional manner.
This whole build had been a terrible experience. Branch manager fired my salesperson and then took on the build. He was very unprofessional with little to no communication on building delivery or anything else for that matter. Building did not pass the final inspection. I reached out to Cleary to see if they would help get it up to code for another final. No response from branch or main office. Save yourself a lot of frustration and extra money by going elsewhere
