The building & quality exceeded our expectations. The process was slower than anticipated, but once completed, the finished product is fantastic.
Anyone else been defrauded by this office? I signed a contract for a building with salesman from another office... he and his supervisor disappeared very quickly thereafter, and now I am transferred to this office and stuck with a contract that Cleary will not build unless I pay them an additional fee amounting to several thousand dollars, nor will they refund my deposit. We hired Cleary to build our detached garage. Nic was project leader and was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. We were never on a deadline or schedule, so no issues there. The crews working our build were hard working, and courteous.
