Unprofessional in so many ways. Twice I was put off so the salesman could attend his son's football games during posted business hours. When the bid came in, it was high. I provided him with quotes from the competitors and asked if he could be competitive in pricing. The response i got was condescending toward other builders and insulting toward me, personally, for considering "an inferior product". The was no explanation as to where the pricing differences were.
