Worst service ever. Was told it would take a week to build our shop, going on 2 weeks and the trusses aren’t even up. They keep telling us they’ll be out to work on it and then no one shows up. We’re paid up so there’s no reason for them to continually put us off. The weather has not been bad either. I asked for a discount to compensate their neglect and of course was told ‘no’. Absolute worst thing I ever did was call these guys. You've heard the expression you get what you pay. Well not in this case. Payed twice as much as anywhere else and still got crap.
Please ask for sample buildings that they built. Learn from my mistake, I should research first. I thought all Cleary is the same, but this in Ellsworth is my horrible experience. Our building is terrible and they have not fixed it until now.
Extremely disappointed in lack of service and broken promises. Entered into a contract with a Sales Rep who then left company. Took over a month for the new Rep to contact us, and he said the contract was bad. He basically said that they needed $750 more for garage doors and a lot more for site prep. Unbelievable that I had a contract with Cleary and they won't live up to it. Was basically told they would not honor the contract as written and would refund our sizable down payment.
I purchased a Cleary building and construction began on Jan 15. Without going into extreme detail the company has not worked 2 full days within a week since the project has started! They have given me the runaround everytime I ask where the crew is at. Ive been told everything from too cold, too windy, foremans sick, one guy on crew has a drinking problem, they have to finish someone elses building, etc. Today is February 23 and the building is still incomplete.
