We started our barn building processing March 2025. Clay came out went over all of our options, he called us on a weekly basis to give us updates on where we stood as far as a start date. The crew that came out to build the barn was a great, hardworking group that got the barn done in about 3 days. From start to finish our whole process took about 3 months. I would highly reccomend Cleary based on our experience.
Our daughter had a Cleary building built. Too bad we didn’t read all the reviews. Such a painful experience dealing with the personnel, extremely slow time frame to build, supplies not being delivered, and the list goes on. But the worse piece is that the building didn’t pass inspection. When she told Cleary their response was too bad, fix it yourself. Do not build a Cleary building.

I hope this review helps someone else looking to have a barn built. The first rep we met with was awesome, colors were picked quickly, first payment was made, and communication was spot on. He ended up leaving the company before production started. We got placed with someone else, Lee, who was in no hurry to get our barn built. We made our payment deposit back in nov/Dec 2020.
