Worst company to deal with. Took two years to get the job done. Other contractors had to fix multiple problems that should have never happened costing us even more money. The communication was nonexistent, I would never let this company build for us again. Don't fall for their winter sale.
Once we signed the contract, their customer service was non-existent. Materials werent delivered until the last possible day before they breached contract, they did very shabby workmanship and lead us to believe they knew more about building a shop house than they actually did. It took two years and tons of phone calls to finally get our building completed with very little help from Cleary. Very happy with final product of our building. Peaks and valleys during construction process however Shawn the district manager contacted me to discuss my frustrations. Due to his follow up and appreciated discussion on the issues this turned into a 5 star review. Excellent communication Shawn and thank you! Update 1-9-2025. Cleary finally completed my building on 12-31-24 with being fully paid off in mid July. Local Cleary office management has horrible customer relation skills with not keeping customers informed. Adam the project manager from Cleary building in Blackhawk SD did a great job from the building design all the way through to completion . He was always available to answer questions throughout the process and took a personal interest to make sure everything went as planned . Both he and his team of contractors were first rate and I would highly recommend them to anyone . Thanks John Tollison
