I am very happy with the people I worked with to get a building built. The people I worked with were very good at what they do. The builders that erected our building were great.
Worst company to deal with. Took two years to get the job done. Other contractors had to fix multiple problems that should have never happened costing us even more money. The communication was nonexistent, I would never let this company build for us again. Don't fall for their winter sale.
Once we signed the contract, their customer service was non-existent. Materials werent delivered until the last possible day before they breached contract, they did very shabby workmanship and lead us to believe they knew more about building a shop house than they actually did. It took two years and tons of phone calls to finally get our building completed with very little help from Cleary.
