Adam the project manager from Cleary building in Blackhawk SD did a great job from the building design all the way through to completion . He was always available to answer questions throughout the process and took a personal interest to make sure everything went as planned . Poor quality and workmanship. Poor communication. High cost. Find someone else.
I am very happy with the people I worked with to get a building built. The people I worked with were very good at what they do. The builders that erected our building were great.
Worst company to deal with. Took two years to get the job done. Other contractors had to fix multiple problems that should have never happened costing us even more money. The communication was nonexistent, I would never let this company build for us again. Don't fall for their winter sale.
