Definitely don't go with this company. They are only worried about selling buildings not building them. As soon as you sign the contract you are no longer a priority! They have you hand cuffed! At one point,the manager Justin told me that he has other customers and a personal life. Before I signed the contract he told me it would be put up in September. Polebarn was to be built August/September and wasn't built until December/January. Poor communication. First foreman wasted months without any progress despite our options and also with other foreman suggestions. Would not recommend. No attempt to reconcile our lost time and increased stress.
