My boyfriend and I have lived at Landmark Lofts for almost 3 years. The garage, lobby, common spaces and apartments are designed so beautifully. We love the exposed brick, steal beams, open ductwork and industrial windows. We enjoy many of the year-round activities that happen right outside our door, such as the Rotary Lights, Riverfest, Oktoberfest, Moon Tunes, First Fridays and other charity walks and parades. Loved my stay here! Loved being by the river, super dog friendly, onsite dog park, the convenient location to downtown where everything was within walking distance. Took my Husky to Riverside nearly 3-4 times a day or around the nice walking path next to the fest grounds. Building always felt secure, nice amenities with roof top grill, outdoor TV, a beautiful club house. I would definitely live here again, my life circumstances changes so I moved in with the lady.
As a happy couple enjoying downtown living, we couldn't be more delighted with our home at Landmark Lofts! One of the standout features is the bright and secure parking garage. It's such a relief knowing that our vehicles are safe and sound. My family moved here 2 1/2 years ago, from NJ and not knowing anyone. Landmark has made us feel so welcome, so to tell you we love where we live, great location walk to dinner, shows, events. The people are amazing, owners are wonderful. Any and all whom are affiliated with Landmark go above and beyond to make sure ALL the tenants and fur babies are taken care of.
