Absolutely shocking service. This company was hired by Yorkshire Water to come out and assess a sewage problem at my property. The engineer arrived, had a brief look at the issue, then went back to his van and sat there for THREE HOURS. No communication, no updates, no explanation — nothing. Had a blocked drain at my business. Called several companies and only Clearway got back to me. They did exactly what they said they would, sent a truck the same day, and had the drain flowing again within an hour. The lad who came out was a proper grafter and a credit to the company. Highly recommended

Used this company when we had a blocked drain and I can’t recommend them enough, the staff go above and beyond, very reassuring and helpful, they came out the next morning and fixed the issue, I’ll definitely be recommending them to others in the future !
