This was my first time at Clearwave Car Wash, and I even signed up for a membership. After going through the wash on October 20, 2025, I noticed a large crack in my windshield that wasn’t there before. I filed a claim the same day, and the form stated I’d receive an response within 2-4 business days. When I didn’t hear back, I emailed them myself after 4 days still no reply. Been going for years equipment is always working to clean the inside of your car and now have added mirco fiber cloths to use and return.
This place is a joke !! Went there for the first time on Saturday , some other customer jumped the track in car wash. As all the workers stood there looking lost. A female employee jumps in the driver seat and tries to get the young ladies car out, she ends up hitting driver side front fender . People started leaving out the line ahead of me , so I took off. Went around to get my money back , they told me that they had no way to give me my money back and to come the next day to talk to the manager!! I went back the next day ... read more
