I signed up for a membership and got double charged the first 4 months on both my debit and credit card despite the fact I never gave them my credit card information. Unfortunately I did not catch this issue until then. When I tried calling I was never able to get a hold of anyone despite leaving numerous voicemails. Nice and quick car wash
I’ve tried canceling my membership twice now and am still being billed. When I contacted them by phone, I was told their manager got fired, and no one can cancel memberships, and that I should try again another day. Avoid this location.
Guy who works Saturdays is rude and pompous
This used to be the best car wash around, the manager used to always talk and conversate with customers, now there’s rarely a manager out. Not to mention the manager would always be cleaning anytime I’d see him he was cleaning. This place has gone downhill since he left.
