I loved what I saw as I drove around....quiet and very clean. Kudos to the people that live there.
Very nice place to live lot rental Very high, I you buy paying in full without paying mortgage payments will be okay, but paying for mortgage and lot rental plus utilities is to much for a senior living on Social security income it's way to expensive
Liked this area at 1st but NO PLACE to really walk your dog unless you want to circle the entire association, every street is a dead end. Speaking of dogs you have to pay a 100 dollar fee if you bring a dog into your own house? Really? On top of it all i can't believe how many times a train goes through this place blaring it's horn as late as 11pm. Drives me insane.
