Went to the er for an injury. Got me right back. Staff were awesome and doctor brown A+. Took care of me in a timely manner.
My positive experience starts with the wonderful ambulance crew. I'm sorry I don't know your names, but the driver graduated from OHS in 2001 I believe and the EMT is studying to be a paramedic. They were professional and supportive at all times. I'm sure the Emergency staff was confused by me. I thought for sure I had a sinus infection because of the pounding headache, but alas it was Covid! I'm so glad they gave me the additional tests to make sure I was OK. I had the pleasure (haha) of staying the night at the hospital. I went to Orofino fishing with my hubby and ended up having a bad reaction to a medication. Hubby drove me to ER and I was admitted from there. Everyone we encountered during this process was very kind and thorough. One of the better outlying hospitals, as a flight medic we got to experience all the outlying hospitals, CVH stands out, excellent staff and practitioners, managed patients well and was always amazing to work with. I would trust the ER with my family most importantly.
