Outstanding service! The power supply on my 8K Samsung 900 series had bad solder joints to the point it would not start anymore. Its was fixed for a reasonable price. The guys at Clearwater TV saved me a lot of money and were easy to deal with.
Could have been better. Did the work well enough, and provided updates throughout the process. But: 01. Came without sufficient manpower to pickup/drop off the TV, so made me do his work for him. 02. Broke off my Soundbar support because he dropped the TV on it, then left promptly while I was trying to assess the damage. 03. Didn't even want to place the TV on the wall properly centered, ran too soon. 04. Did not stay to make sure that the TV was functioning properly after drop off.
