I just found out that the reason that they don't repair anything is that they are trying to get everyone out as soon as possible because they are selling the place, this was told to me by the Guy who calls himself a maintenance man..thats a huge joke, him being a maintenance man! well, have you ever heard the saying the faster You go the more behinder you get!! that is this place! also a comparison is Stephen King horror novel..mamagement is so bad they are scarry, or should I say ED. While the owner may act as if he cares,actually,he would rather walk over your dead body to get in his caddy and go to his SAND KEY condo...he believes all residents are scum...move at your own risk!!!
Clearwater Trailer City is the home of Thugs, thieves, degenerates, oh and sex offenders. Only a handful of decent people and that would definitely not include the owner or manager. Dirty, flea and termite infested trailers. And likely mishandling of US Mail.
