Honestly very pleased with the service experience. As someone well acquainted with Toyota Service departments day to day operations. I am pleased to say that the service I received at this facility was worthy of the President's Award. The service writer Don O'Brien truly went above and beyond what you see in a lot of repair facilities. He took our concern seriously and was at the vehicle as it was getting off the flatbed.
