I had struts replaced here and after less than a year one of the struts goes out again. I take it to a different shop and they tell me my struts were replaced with the cheapest $50 walmart fix possible. So what was the $1k plus i spent getting it fixed for??? Is it that much about profit that you dont replace things with quality parts??? The people here were nice but this has me wondering if ill ever come back for service replacements again.
Recently took my husbands sequoia in for some tires and maintenance. Horatio was the best! He worked with us to get the services done that we absolutely needed and made sure we got all the discounts we were eligible for. We always bring our vehicles here to be serviced and we will continue to in the future, very honest and upfront.
