I was in Clearwater watching my Daughters kids for a week. My 2011 Nissan Rogue failed to start in the grocery store parking lot. It would fire, but would die. I kept trying, and eventually got it to run, but the check engine lite remained on. I broke down on Wednesday while on 94 with my lawn service trailer. Luckily I was next to the exit for clearwater. My trailer had one of its wheels dragging and smoking badly. I was afraid to move it cause I didn't want to damage it anymore. I found clearwater tire with my iPhone. Shaun came out and removed my tire while I was on the freeway exit. Anita, I apologize that Rigs To Rods said that we told them we would have your car towed. We asked who owned the car since it was in our lot for 1/2 hour and they said it was a sales rep. It's not the first time they've had vehicles parked in our lot, for insurance reasons, we need to ask that our lot is reserved for our customers. Thank you for taking the time to post your concerns. Place is a joke they yell and threaten the potential customers that they will have there vehicles towed if they dont move them because I accidnetly started walking to the wrong building i wont ever go there for service again I n ow go to there neighbor shop Rigs to Rods
POOR SERVICE LACKS QUALITY AND INTEGRITY
Brought my car in to get new tires put on and by far they have shown me the best customer service out of any other mechanic shop Ive been too! I highly recommend this shop! Karla
