Treasure Pools and Services has worked with this company over the past couple of years and has installed 8-10 of their ozone systems which has been nothing but trouble. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Each unit has been a problem with leaking, not working correctly and more. On top of that the customer service is horrible and they don’t stand behind the product, which in turn has led to frustration for us and our clients. Clearwater Tech knows their products very well. Distributing their products is a win, win. You improve the health of the environment, you raise awareness for a better way, and you gain maintenance contracts to implement service... it's not that they make bad products, it's just like anything else though, it's got parts and after X amount of usage certain components eventually go bad.
