We only use Clearwater for our water testing needs. Jack is very professional. He has helped us on many occasions and his knowledge has helped us correct problems and prevent them.
The Clearwater tech guy did a terrific job installing our overall house filtration system as we as a reverse osmosis filter for the kitchen. Everything that was promised on the original assessment visit was done professionally. I recommend them highly. This was our 2nd house with Clearwater taking care of us!
I purchased a water softener and Reverse Osmosis 4 years ago with Jack Duffy whose customer service skills was outstanding. However, the customer service needed after the installation is non existent with Brian Wilson, the so called manager for the Charlottesville office. If you are able to get someone to answer the phone, I assure you everything after that will be chaos!
