Tyler Spencer of the Akron, Ohio office visited our home yesterday after I called Clearwater for help. We purchased our home 11 years ago and it had a Kenetico water softener system. Two months ago, our sinks and toilets turned brown and the sulfur smell from our water increased dramatically. Tyler gave us an easy explanation of what was going on, what the components of our system were and how to solve our problems. He was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about our water problems.
