Right in the heart of down town in Ft Mac. Was under renos when I was there, so the lobby was a little less cozy and a little more noisy. Breakfast was ok as well, it was better once I asked if they had hot sauce, and they checked around for me very kindly and found some. So id say the kitchen staff was very friendly and helpful!
Rooms are great if you are staying for awhile, friendly and helpful. Just very hot to try to sleep.
