From the moment I walked into the D.R. Horton Clearwater Springs (TN) model home and said “Hi!” to my sales rep, Hamidah, I felt very welcomed! We were wanting the Cali floorplan when we met Sydney Birkner at the model home in Clearwater Springs only to find out there were non available. Sydnee seemed to move Heaven and earth to help us find and purchase the Cali floorplan in the exact color exterior we wanted for our retirement. We moved in on June 1, 2024 and can’t thank Sydnee enough for her tireless efforts helping us with the perfect purchase of the exact home we wanted in NE Tennessee!
