Very caring and comfortable. We felt very supported when our Mom lived there.
My grandmother lived at Clearwater for 3 1/2 years before she passed away the last day of September of this year. I paid her October rent on the 27th of September and I still have yet to receive a refund. I'm told that the corporate office is working on it, for 2 1/2 months? I call the community to get an update of when i should be receiving the refund and never get a call back. I email almost daily and never get a response back. This is beyond ridiculous! My Mother was there from April 2023 to Sept 30, 2024, in the beginning the care was good, The new management leaves much to be desired. Never see a caregiver twice, I have no idea who is running the place, not once when I gave notice did anyone ask why we were moving Mom, in fact, I paid for her apartment thru 9/30/2024, went back on 9/23 to pick up the rest of her personal items and found they had discarded them and rented out the apartment, the new resident was moving in prior to the end of the month.
