Our new Executive Director Mary cares about the residents here at Clearwater Springs. Since she has been here the atmosphere is positive. Many changes have been made that make this a better place to live. The residents are hoping that with Cogir taking over more and exciting changes will be taking place. Come and check out the new and improved Clearwater Spring.
Do not send your loved ones here. My grandma was there for 2-3 years. As her dementia progressed they stopped taking care of her. They would leave her sitting in the dining room from 8am- 6pm soaked in her piss for 12 hours a day. Mind you she was unable to move her wheelchair alone and required assistance to get to and from her room. Whenever I visited i couldn’t find a CNA to assist her in using the restroom as they were all upstairs on their phones hiding. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming.
