I post a lot of reviews on Google and always give my honest opinion based on my experience. Last summer I bought a Clearwater spa from Ahmad. He met me on a Saturday because I could not get out there on a weekday. The price was great and Ahmad was equally great to work with. He gave me a tour of the production plant and answered all of my questions. I had an issue with it and he was all over it. They fixed it quickly and the repair guys were very nice and professional. Terrible customer support, trying to get a proprietary plumbing part for a hot tub made by them but they refuse to return phone calls or emails. I would recommend anyone wanting a hot tub, to purchase elsewhere with great customer support.
We visited the new showroom, were given a factory tour, was very nice, I have been in manufacturing my entire life and quality is very high. The Staff was amazing. The fit Finish and Function is really firing on all cylinders. They also have a great deal of Spas to choose from. Excellent prices. We highly recommend Clearwater. Our last Clearwater Spa lasted 20 years, used it 8 days a week. The cost was nearly the same as 20 years ago. Go down and see them! you will be glad you did. Enter in South doors!
We bought a swim spa in 2021. A very long story, bottomed line the 2 delivery guys dropped it on its corner trying to get it out of their flat bed truck. It has leaked ever since, with many calls to the dealer in Portland, Spa Logic, and to Clearwater spas themselves. Clearwater never returns our calls or emails. As of today 6/3/2024 we are having a local spa dealer (not a dealer of Clearwater) fix another broken pipe that the Spa Logic person broke when they were here last year "to fix" another leak.
