I had an absolutely terrible experience with Clearwater Spa. I paid them $700 to fix my hot tub, and they failed to do the job. To make matters worse, they have completely ignored my calls for the past two weeks. This is not just poor service—it feels like a blatant rip-off. I had to give one star to post, should be an option for zero or less......I wish I would have read these reviews before scheduling service. I pretty much am saying the same thing...gave them $300 and the son reset my hot tub, it immediately shut down and I have been calling and emailing them for weeks and they won't answer their phone or return a call. Totalling unprofessional...got their info through Angi's list. I will be contacting Angi to submit my complaint to them as well.

Quick to return my calling, also quick to send someone out to fix the problem. Affordable prices and friendly staff. Will definitely be going through them again next time!

I was having some issues with my hot tub and reached out for some help cleaning and rebalancing the chemicals in the pool. John graciously offered to call and walk me through fixing the tub. He was so kind and helpful and I got the tub back to normal in no time! I would absolutely recommend working with him he was a huge help. Thank you again John!

Never returned multiple telephone calls. I’ve moved on to a more reliable repair company for my spa, and you might want to do the same.
