We have been in business since 1989, serving the pool and spa needs of the people all across Central Virginia. Opened our first store location in Chester in 1999, second store in Chesterfield in 2001, and third store in Richmond in 2015.

Don't trust this company! I needed to replace my pool pump. They told me it would cost about $800 plus $100 an hr in labor. Then I bought a pump, an they won't install it unless I buy it from them!!! They never told me that when I was pricing it. Which is not right, they make good money on labor an have a happy customer. Now they have a upset customer. Now I'm about to buy a hot tub, I'll go somewhere else.

Initially when you inquired to have the pump installed you were quoted a price for a new pump and installation. You did not ask before purchasing the pump from another vendor if we would install another vendor's pump. It is our company's policy that we only install the products that we sell.
So great- customer service; friendly, helpful and fairly priced.

We started going to Clearwater Pools & Spas this past summer. I happened upon the store on Broad Street as I was searching for a pool store close to work. I have never regretted my decision to pop in. The staff is VERY knowledgeable and friendly - LOVE the greetings from Aubree! For 5 summers, this company has been amazing. They are only interested in providing the best product and service to their customers. If you hire them to do a job, it will be done right. If you need advice or information on your pool/spa they know how to diagnose and fix the problem. They do not simply throw expensive chemicals at it, hoping that it works. You can trust this company and it's employees.
