Always out of the chemicals and supplies needed for my spa which I purchased from them. Went there a month ago to get my cartridges I needed and the chemicals I used and they were out. Was told it would be about 2 weeks and I went back 4 weeks later and they were still out. This is the 3rd year in a row that they have been out of the supplies I use. I ended up going to Ducky’s pool spa and supplies and their shelves were fully stock and was told that they keep their shelves stocked with extras in storage.
AquaDocs has been a refreshing change for our pool maintenance servicing. Consummate professionals who know what they are doing. Always available to answer any questions in a timely manner. Pleasantly thankful to have found a solid service provider who is not just checking boxes. I can easily sense their commitment to providing excellent service without cutting corners while remaining totally transparent. Highly recommended to anyone in need of a new pool Servies provider.
