Great experience here today. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner Terry. What a nice guy, seems very genuine. Prices on hot tubs aren't crazy overpriced. Large selection of all things swimming pool related. Stop in and see for yourself. His employees are very friendly and his son is an amazing young man with great potential.
Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. Before we even started treating our pool, we had ordered three truckloads of water through Clearwater, but only one was delivered. They refunded us around $800 for the undelivered loads, which we appreciated. After that, we spent around $400 in just two weeks on chemicals we were repeatedly assured would solve our pool issues. We love our Saratoga spa thanks to the team at Clearwater. The entire team was very helpful and knowledgeable and they provide exceptional service. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a new hot tub or pool, or need help with an existing one!
