Knowledgeable staff for the most part. Did a water sample for me when they were closing in less than five minutes was very nice of them when they could of said they were closing. Some chemicals are competitive prices for the quality you get, and others are a bit on the high side. If you want cheaper chemicals go to Wallyworld or Can Tire and use double the chemicals.
