We setup an appointment with ClearWater to move our hot tub to our new house and they never showed up. We had people waiting on them for hours. We tried calling several times when their office was supposed to be open but no one answered. When we finally got in touch with someone she informed us that the movers called out sick and she was too busy to call us. We were left in a serious bind and had to pay another company double the price to move it last minute. We won't be using ClearWater again.

Amazing service, great price. We shopped around and they had the best deal. After the sale their service was amazing.
Under NO circumstances should you use these people to Fix ANYTHING!!! I brought a leaking hot tub pump to these folk in May. I was told the seal was Bad. I paid to have it replaced and brought the unit home and installed the pump it leaked worse than when I took it in. so I removed it and took it in again the told me that the seal they installed was bad and put another one in. AUG 10 purchased hot tub signed contract with salesperson Chase Menard (CM) AUG 12 CM left voice message "Oops! That tub you bought was already sold. We can switch it out for that one you didn't pick, its worth the same amount." AUG 12 SMC returns call, asks for photos to be emailed for consideration. 5 DAYS LATER Chase leaves voice message "Did you make up your mind yet?" 2 DAYS LATER SMC emails "If that's the best you can do, please cancel the order." Store Products on Website – We bought our pool from Clearwater and have had nothing but excellent service from them for many years. We're heading there to buy a basketball goal for our pool and it would be great if you would enhance your website to include the products you sell.
CLEARWATER POOLS & SUPPLIES – We bought a 15' x 30' above ground pool before hurricane Katrina from Clearwater. 2 years after we were notified by Dave that the liner he sold us was not the mil specs that was sold for that pool. He informed us he was sending out a contactor to change out the old liner and replace it with the correct mil that we bought for the pool at NO cost to us for the liner or contractors time & labor.
