Said they would be at house between 1 & 5 pm in Monday. At 4 pm i called, said they were busy & he would call me back & they would come out Tuesday morning. No show & no call on tuesday. Still haven't heard from them at 6 pm Wednesday.
I made an appointment for them to come out on sat and they never showed up. I called them and he said he would send someone out on Sunday. Just got a call that they couldn't make it and it would be Monday. I work and explained that to him the first time. So I told him if they couldn't do it I would have to just drain it and start over. He said" wrll then just do that". Rude! I will never call them again.
After 11 years in our home, we were able to use our pool the most this summer thanks to Clearwater Pool Service! Not only have the guys been consistent, coming by at least once a week- but I’m so thankful to have found this company, not only taking care of our pool but also knowing how to care & service an above ground pool as well! Thank you!!
