Very pleased with Clear Water Pools. They have been servicing our new pool for a few months now, they’re knowledgeable, friendly and dependable. I would totally recommend them to family and friends! A shout out to Kat, Leo and Robinson, you all do an excellent job!
I originally started with Clearwater but switched over to my pool builders claim of “white-glove service” and so much more. That turned out to be smoke and mirrors. Not only did they fail to deliver after a ton of back and forth (wrong part delivered, charging me when they shouldn't have), but I later discovered they weren’t even a certified Jandy servicing company. We have used Clearwater Pools to service our property for several years now and feel so lucky to have them! No matter the need, even an emergency after hours, they always answer the phone/return an call and promptly solve the issue. We used two other companies before Clearwater was recommended to us. So thankful to be one of their customers!
We have lived in Hilton Head for over 7 years with 2 different residences with existing pools. When we lived "up north" we had built 3 different pools in the different residences we owned.
