Have used Clearwater Plumbing since their inception. Have had nothing but great competency and professionalism the entire time. This time it was replace my water heater and unclog the commode lines and clean commodes with acid. I would recommend them anytime.
We use Clearwater anytime we need a plumber here at Burke Center for Youth. They always do there best to respond quickly!
We had a very negative experience trying to coordinate a water softener install with Clearwater Plumbing along with the integration of rainwater with well water backup through another local business. Rebecca, who I believe is the business coordinator of some sort, took it upon herself to terminate a time sensitive install for a conflict that I am certain could have been resolved with a few minutes of open-mindedness and problem solving. We called Clearwater Plumbing yesterday because of a recommendation from a neighbor. Today Jim Berry came by to fix our toilet that was leaking. It was a problem child,( the toilet), but Jim would not quit till he fixed it. Hardest working person I’ve had the pleasure to do work with. He was so kind and I just wanted to let everyone know that I highly recommend this company! The price was right and I will be using them again!
