I do not know how they get good stars. Take long time to load. And you have to wait in office no nothing. Just bathroom!! Guy told me take 2 hours to load. But you know what truck come and go. Why they can not organized??? If you keep driver in small room should have some thing comfortable! We can sleep in truck and eat lunch. But you keep driver in room. Better think something or do not take 2 hours to load !!

Nice and friendly. Just wished they had more turning around. All so wished they had signs for checking in better.
