Avoid this company at all cost
Quick loading. They usually take you close to your appointment time but once you get a dock it’s quick. Over night parking is available.
Came for delivery. Arrived late at night to find the yard all locked up with no access to the lot. Couldn’t get to the driver’s entrance to see they had an after hours facility since the yard was all locked up. Wish I knew they had after hours location
Our driver arrived at Clearwater Paper warehouse at 8:00 AM sharp. However, their paperwork incorrectly shows 8:09 AM, which now forces me to fight for driver detention pay. On top of that, the staff was extremely slow unloading – it took nearly five hours to unload just a few pallets. The warehouse staff was rude, had an attitude, and acted completely unprofessional throughout the process. As a carrier, this kind of treatment is unacceptable. Definitely not a place we look forward to working with again.
