Ran into the very friendly owners today, who shared some tips on rug care. Unfortunately, the rug cleaning business has closed permanently. It is now a Ballet studio run by other members of the same family. Best wishes to them for continued success!
I had my polypropylene area rug cleaned here to remove dog urine smell. I had my rug back in a couple of days and the smell was completely gone.
They do excellent work! We have two large dogs and our living room area rug seems to collect dog hair and subsequent dog smell like crazy. We finally couldn't stand it any more and contacted Clearwater Oriental Rug Cleaning company to have it cleaned. They had it back to us in a timely manner, and it looked and smelled fresh again like the day we bought it. We will definitely continue using them for all of our rug cleaning needs!
