DISABLED SENIOR..Severe Hand Fingers Neuropathy 3rd Visit, Over 1 Hour Drive after 4th back Surgery, Refused DENIED TELEMEDICINE VISIT for Diagnostic Test Results??? Really Appalling, Despicable after 1 Year Re Scheduling!!! Why? Use used car abusive sales tactics for Cash? Please Explain Why Not Test Copy? Lost Faith NOT LEGITIMATE?

My treatment here at Clearwater doctors office has been amazing. I feel actually after the first appointment I could see a difference. Nick has been a big help and so have all the other girls that work here. Everybody is so friendly. I would say that anybody who is doubting this treatment should definitely give it a try.

I went to an appointment. I showed one of the assistants a referral from an orthopedic, that stated the test they needed to perform. To follow up on my treatment. I filled out digital forms from a laptop they provided. Gave my Social Security number, Health ID, license ID etc… I explained my hurt and every other thing they asked for.
