I don’t typically leave reviews, but I felt compelled to after my recent experience working with Kurt at Clearwater Marine. When I started the process, I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted. Kurt was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to walk me through a variety of makes and models, explaining the pros and cons of each and how they aligned with my interests and budget. I thought I would be spending the summer with my son on the boat! Looks like we have to let the dealership figure out how to work on the boat first, so many problems and no one seems to be in a hurry to give us our boat back. Terrible service department!!!
I have had the worst experience of all time with this company. Their service department doesn’t know what they are doing. They are even dangerous. Had them put in a new VHS antenna on only to discover it wasn’t hook up. Was out 50 miles, if i had an emergency i or someone on my boat could have died. Never call back on a timely manner
