Absolutely amazing service! Thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to help me diagnose and explain my 1992 Nissan 8 HP two stroke outboard! Incredibly friendly, courteous, and helpful. Came in the next day with absolutely the dumbest question ever and they still took the time to help me out, it was embarrassing how simple the solution was, but they still took their time and were very patient dealing with my ignorance. Got my boat from the port of Everett to Bellingham successfully thanks to this shop!
Hmmm, whatever i say about my experience will seem petty, I’d say they were helpful, but a bit out of touch with their customers. They responded to my post and I appreciate it so I upgraded them before good guys. I just felt they were maybe in a Saturday mode.
I have been so pleased with my experience with Clearwater Marine. They are so knowledgeable and efficient. My repairs went well and price was acceptable. Well done.
Hell Yeah.!!! Who doesn’t like boats.!? lol
Bad service took my mercury engine to get fix....pay over $400 dollars engine DID not work...DO NOT GO THERE!!!!
