If there was an option for a 0 (zero) I would have scored that. This business does not deserve to be in business. They know nothing about providing customer service. Our hot tub needed a new pump and we contacted them to repair. We provided them pictures of our pump as well as serial & model numbers. They said they could get it and replace in a couple of days. WORST customer service EVER. If I could give zero stars I would. I order a product, provided all the information needed for the correct product. Almost 1 month later I am told it was the wrong product ordered and the new one would be almost 100 dollars more. I found somewhere else to purchase the Liner and had to fight to get my money back for a product I didn't have yet. The owner is extremely unprofessional and rude. This company waits months to bill you then states your bill is late when they didn't bother billing in the first place. This company only mails bills when the owner feels like it, typically every 3 months. The owner leaves threatening voicemails in an attempt to collect money despite making payments each time a bill is mailed. This business owner lacks basic business management and professionalism. I own many different properties in Harford, Baltimore, and Cecil. After having the pleasure of using them for multiple different spas and pools, I can confidently say I will never use another company for these services. A+ workmanship/customer service.
