Great product, awesome service, great people running the business. Highly recommend. If you are within riding distance from Sacramento, I think it's best to bring the bike directly to them, and have them install the lights. The quality of installation is outstanding, and they don't charge arm and leg like BMW dealers do. $900 quoted by SF BMW and $200 that Clearwater lights charged makes a difference, to me anyway.
I cannot be more pleased with the performance (and looks) of the Darla lights recently installed on my Triumph Tiger 900. The install went more perfect than I had hoped. I can't say enough great things about the staff at Clearwater. The communication from Billie (and Will) on any questions or concerns that I had was outstanding to say the least. The level of customer service was refreshing to see. And I was lucky enough to meet Glenn (owner) who is the visionary behind it all!
I want to thanks the employee crystal. She was very helpful with find a solution for my problem. Also, she was very patient. Clearwater company are lucky because they have such employee.
The service was excellent — very attentive and patient. After noticing that I had purchased the wrong part, they immediately emailed me to confirm whether I had ordered the wrong item, helped me correct it, and shipped the correct one the next day. I really appreciate it
Incredible customer service! Helped me find a bracket that would work with my bike that wasn't available on the website without highway bars. Lights are amazing and sync with the bike perfectly with the CANopener. Billie brake light increases visibility significantly over stock brake lights. Worth every penny. Thanks!
