Clearwater Lights are the best in the business! Unexpectedly they always answer my emails on the weekends. That is above and beyond! They build their products in the USA and are top quality engineering. I've been running the same Sevinas since 2016 and Glenn informed me he can rebuild them with the newest updates for years of more service. The system they designed for my BMW works flawlessly. Stop searching for the other brands and just purchase the Clearwater lights, you wont regret it.
Went to Clearwater for an install of Erica lights and Billie brake kit on my R1200GS. The team there is amazing, did phenomenal work, completed everything in just a few short hours. Best part was on my ride home, the bumper to bumper traffic saw my yellow Erica lights and just like Moses, the seas parted, and my trusty steed went through all the traffic!
Amazing customer service! Give Glenn a call for your VIP personalized customer service experience! I had my Darla light mounting bracket crack in half. Glenn was able to send me one free of charge! He also gave me the link for the yellow lense cover which blew off when I was trying to ride my 2020 BMW GSA1250 with zip ties! Now, everything is just like new! Thanks to Glenn!
I needed to replace one of the Darla lights on my BMW. I contacted customer service via email and got a response within the hour. Kristi was very helpful and quick to respond to all of my questions. I am more than happy with my hybrid Clearwater Lights. I doubt anyone can complain about their reliability. My lights were on my 2015 RT with 225k miles when I bought my 2022 RT. This bike now has 92k miles and still NO problems with over 315 k. I couldn't be happier. And Glen replaced my yellow lens covers
