I have had Cleartwater lights on 2 previous bikes. Bought a BMW R1250GS that already had Darla lights on the forks and Billie tail lights, and wanted to add a light bar with a Keri and Erica lights. Ran into some issues as am NOT good with electronics and called for support. Glenn, the owner, took my call, heard me out, and stated in the confidence I needed "don't worry, we WILL get these lights working with you". Just a short note to say a heartfelt Thank You for your support in getting the Clearwater lights on my recently purchased cycle to function properly. Although I bought the cycle used with the lights already installed, your representative was very knowledgeable, helpful and engaged in solving my issues. I am a fan and will patronize your business on future purchases. I am unable to recall the gentleman’s name but I believe he was Asian. All my best to him for his outstanding customer support.
I've been dealing with Clearwater Lights for the past 5 years and during that time I have to say not a bit of problems with any of their equipment. Back in 2022 I ended up buying a set a Darlas that I installed on my Road Glide given how dark most of the roads are in SC. Fantastic product, easy to install and added a degree of lighting I was lacking from the stock headlights. Also adding that triangle of light to catch the eyes of cars even more. Clearwater Lights is amazing! Super friendly and responsive customer service, top-quality LED lights, and fast, on-time shipping. Everything for the install was included, and with their clear instructions, I easily installed and programmed the lights myself. The result? Incredible brightness and quality. Highly recommend!
