Seem like it’s gonna build late in 2023 the old Whataburger place just got demolished and ground starts breaking but it’s still under construction. I normally get my car washed at BlueWave but it’s the same thing as ClearWater. BlueWave has merged with ClearWater I wonder what it’s going to build once it finish I’ll start coming over
