I had to get a little bit of a special root canal done here. My experience was wonderful: everyone I worked with was extremely professional and had wonderful bedside manner. But that is not what stood out to me at this clinic; what stood out to me at this clinic was the front desk receptionist, Anna Maria. 3 days ago I came to get Invisalign When I walked in, AnnaMaria greeted me She also offered me Water, coffee or juice it was very nice. When I went into the room, Otilija and Dr. Nathan, explained everything that will be going on. I got my Invisalign in and otilija explained how to put them in and how to take them out , and I even got the case in my favourite colour pink. It was a very good experience.
5 star service from start to finish! Extremely friendly staff all around and inside feels homey. I urge everyone to give them a try. I tried them cause their google reviews are the best. And i wasn't disappointed
I’ve seen a few dentists over the years, and Dr. Der is by far the best. I have some complicated dental issues and past work that wasn’t done very well, but Dr. Der was able to fix everything properly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The team at Clearwater Dental is great too — they’re professional, kind, and really easy to deal with.
Updated review: I have been having severe tooth pain due to an old root canal done by another clinic. Dr. Sam had referred me to a specialist to have a better look at it. After not being able to get into that specialist (due to long wait time), Ana Maria (reception) went above and beyond staying in contact with me and working with Dr. Sam to get me a new referral for another clinic.
