My parents just purchased a brand new liner. The guy took forever to come instill and now not even a month later the liner has a rip and refusing to come fix. They had the previous liner for over 15 years no issues and after a month it’s ripped after all the money spent not counting the chemicals. Very disappointing
Soo disappointing. Don’t contact this pool company. After three weeks of a run around they didn’t like that I contacted them about the length of time it had been since they were contacted and hadn’t came out to treat my pool. Now it’s green. Every single time I called MIKE said we are gonna get to you we have 35 pools to clean.Every week same statement but that they would be here that current week. NO SHOW
