Excellent experience! I needed a new liner and Thomas and his team were on it. Reasonably priced. He and his crew were on time, professional, courteous, nice and extremely knowledgeable about all types of pools (in ground and above ground). The team was totally trustworthy. They cleaned up after themselves and they did a top level installation. Laura the office manager was so professional and kept me up to date on the process. When I bought the new hot tub I had them ring out in full with delivery and what I would need. The expectation they set was that it would be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks and someone would come out with the stuff I bought and help me set it up the first time. After twice that time the delivery fellas came out and expected payment. They did not set up anything. Both of the salesmen I worked with have messages and either have called me. When I went into the store neither of them works except in the morning early weekdays. This mig... read more
