Five Stars because I'm super impressed with my entire experience with Clearwater Collision Center. I initially spoke with Kolton. He did the inspection and prepared the repair estimate. The estimate was less expensive than other places I'd gotten estimates from, and the repair inspection was more thorough as I had let Kolton know that this repair was being settled out of pocket. Clearwater Collision is a top notch, honest collision repair company. My niece borrowed our car while hers when in the shop and she slid into a post which dented our rear quarter panel. Kolton looked at it and told us that the car had been damaged before and that the previous shop did a bad bondo job instead of fixing it. We got an estimate for the damage at two other shops and Kolton and his guys were able to fix it for over $2000 less than the other guys AND my car is fixed properly now! Thank you!!
Would never recommend. I had my bumper worked on here, and they did a terrible job. The paint started coming off shortly after. When I went back, they tried to blame it on rock chips. I got a second opinion, and the other shop told me the paint was peeling because they didn’t prime it properly in the first place. Poor workmanship and no accountability
