A stressful, horrible day ended with a tow from Ethan all the way back to Yakima. My 2018 Buick Encore misfired and started to die on the way up the hill above Kennewick towards Hermiston. After turning around and going to a mechanic, I found out there were major repairs needed and it would be better to just get it towed and back home to Yakima. Kolton at Clearwater Collision has been great to work with. He has assisted me with an incident involving my teenage son's car as well as repairs involving my personal vehicle. Kolton had great communication and set proper expectations about timelines for the repairs. He was an expert in the process involving insurance and made our situation better by being involved. I highly recommend.
They went above beyond, I am so pleased with the outcome of my vehicle. Colton is so professional and amazing. Highly recommend.
