Clearwater felt like a welcoming, friendly environment as soon as I walked in. It is clean and feels upscale. The sense of community is everywhere. People greet you when you walk by from residents to employees. The layout feels very functional; with a communal courtyard and then also private nooks for reading and playing games, there is a little place for everyone. The staff at Clearwater, especially Hollie, made a difficult transition so much easier. Their acting and attentive nature made my Mom feel very welcomed and helped seamlessly integrate her into Assisted Living. Hollie was instrumental in helping to educate me on what to expect, how to approach the topic of moving with my Mom, and even tips for helping to ease her into the community prior to physically moving in. I could not have done it without Hollie's help!

The facility was nice.. clean and beautiful.. but workers there and staff are no friendly manner, they are rude, not speaking english esp. in the dining section.. i completely dissapointed … im not coming there anymore

I toured several eldercare facilities and this was one of the better ones by far. My mother has now been a resident in Memory Care for 3 months and it seems to be a good fit. There are 2 nice gardens, the food is decent, and the caretakers are kind and professional. They have been very helpful with any issue that comes up and they send texts to update me on my mother's participation in any activities. I recommend it.
