Nursing staff incredible the best you can get I can't name them all but I wish I could thank you Marilyn I'll never forget how nice you are to me Happy New Year to the nursing staff and the senior nursing staff also but nurses thank you. Special thanks to Mar8lyn thank you so much and everybody else who works on that nursing station I want to watch what I say it's just smarter that way but thank you all I love you all!!! Gigi . Honestly The staff was awesome and informative to me and The nursing staff is compassionate and funny,Def recommend very comfortable environment, If u are a moustache enthusiast talk 2 Doug tell him Miked refered ya lol but if ur trying to get right it is what u make of it
I am extremely disappointed in this place! My partner went here for TREATMENT to better her life. They clearly do not care about treating substance abuse disorder. the counselors laughed at the clients struggles together and said very awful things about their own clients that have confided in and trusted them. Leah should be fired immediately. NO ONE SHOULD EVER HAVE TO EXPERIENCE ANYTHING LIKE THIS IN A SUD TREATMENT FACILITY!!! I’m surprised this place is still in business.
The place is filthy and freezing. They clearly do not care about treating substance abuse disorder. They don’t explain anything to you, and you have basically no freedom the food will make you sick. It is awful and the counselors there are absolutely corrupt my experience there overall if I could read it as zero, I would because the counselors laugh at the clients struggles together and say very awful things about their own clients that have confided in them and trusted them I’m surprised this place is still in business.
Place is a joke. First they lie to you and tell you they have services over the phone they don't or that you can have certain items you can't. Groups are literally all the same. Talk about grief/what your grateful for or how your day is going. They are under staffed most of the time and therefore you can not go to the gym/rec area. They do not teach you anything about the disease itself or things related cognitive to it. The only thing I can say good about it is the medical staff does go above and beyond for you.
