Not worth it. Not much information
paid $17 for a single report for a civil law suit for a vehicle in California.. the website said it would have prior owner information, but it didn't include any actual identifying information for the previous owners. I wasn't looking for a purchase report or carfax, I was looking for private investigation for a law suit for a hit and run. Wasted my money because eveything is anonymized.. even the dealers it sold from or prior sellers info.
Great Customer Service, Very detailed Reports.
The report gave very little of what I was looking for, in terms of how the van was ordered and built out. I knew I wouldn't find any info on the RV buildout, but the van info - engine, transmission were wrong and many/most data elements were greyed out. A colossal waste of money.
I am happy with the information provided but it would be much better if service records were included as well. I would also love it if photos from previous online listings were available on every vehicle. I’ve seen it on a few but not most.
