I tried for 3 days leaving messages to get someone to call me after calling a"CRISIS"!!!! hotline. The first day I kept hitting the front desk prompt on the stupid recording with no freaking answer......The second day after speaking with the initial consultation person after I finally got through I was told someone with the financial department would call me back that day.....No one did.
